Meet Melodye

Something I often tell my performers is that they are Thermostats, not Thermometers! We have a superpower adapt to the temperature of a room, by igniting the mirror neurons of an audience to spark change on a molecular level. So we end up with packed sold out performances

This has become my specialty! There’s a reason that every dance competition I have choreography entered in we leave with at least one if not multiple judges awards! This electricity and warmth created by the performer's commitment, confidence and trust puts an audience at ease where they can effortlessly slip into awe.

My favorite things in life are bright, colorful, diverse and sparkly. For instance my unique Blue Merle Aussalier pup (a mix of an Australian Shepherd and Cavalier King Charles) often sports a fully rhinestoned blue harness to match his eyes! It just so happens those preferences are reflected in my work as well. I’m drawn to modern, exhilarating projects so I can then create a party on a stage, if you will!

When I’m not creating, you’ll find me pursuing deep conversations that lead to growth and aha moments! I guess it’s the military brat in me, adventurous, curious and always ready to make a new friend. I just want to leave every person and place a little more sparkly than I found it. Whether I do it with words, energy, dance, or rhinestones!
